Residential Remodel and Renovation Camden, Maine Completed 1996 This project involved the complete gutting and reconstruction of a small wood frame residential structure and its conversion to two executive guest suites, taking full advantage of the site=s harbor views. Private Residence Camden, Maine Completed 1996 Private residence in mountainside subdivision with views of surrounding mountains. This traditional appearing wood frame structure was designed and built on a steeply sloping site to take full advantage of site and views. Private Residence Lamoine, Maine Completed 1995 Private residence on wooded lot facing tidal estuary, consisting of a single story, wood frame structure with three bedrooms, two baths, and a large "greatroom" fronting a large deck which opens to the water view. Private Residence Rockport, Maine Completed 1994 This project involved the construction of a family room addition and the complete remodeling of the kitchen in a "builder's Cape" style home, in order to provide family-oriented space with better connection to the back yard.
